Managing Director, Head of Client Experience and Relationship Management
Dylan Rae, Managing Director, Head of Client Experience and Relationship Management, leads IMCO’s approach to client relationship management and client experience. Dylan is responsible for strengthening IMCO’s service and engagement model, providing senior stewardship to IMCO’s clients, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience across all client engagements.
Prior to joining IMCO, Dylan spent over 13 years at PH&N Institutional, RBC Global Asset Management, most recently as an Institutional Portfolio Manager. In this role, he served as the accountable client lead for institutional relationships and supported the development and implementation of investment strategies aligned with client objectives. He also acted as a capability specialist supporting emerging market equity strategies and OCIO mandates. Earlier in his career, Dylan held senior institutional communications and public affairs roles with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization and the Ontario Securities Commission.
Dylan holds a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
