Dauren Dayembayev

As Managing Director, Asset Management, Dauren Dayembayev leads the Asset Management team at IMCO and drives value creation efforts in partnership with portfolio company management.

Prior to joining IMCO in 2022, Dauren was a Principal with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised Fortune 500 industrial goods and energy clients as well as top-tier institutional investors on a range of strategic, operational, and value creation topics. His areas of expertise include transformation, capex program optimization, and operational excellence. Prior to BCG, he was a consultant with PwC and KPMG.

Dauren holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Information Technology from York University.
