Mylène Perrein‑Peduzzi

Mylène Perrein‑Peduzzi is Managing Director, Asset Management and Value Creation. Mylène brings deep expertise in private market value creation, asset oversight, and the application of AI to drive performance across infrastructure, real estate, and private equity portfolios. She works closely with investment teams and portfolio companies on identifying and realizing value creation opportunities.

Prior to joining IMCO, Mylène was an Analytics Principal in Portfolio Value Creation at CPP Investments, where she led value creation and AI transformation initiatives across private market investments, as well as governance and platform stand‑up efforts.

Previously, Mylène spent over 10 years at McKinsey & Company and QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI and analytics arm, across Europe and North America. In these roles, she led enterprise‑wide AI transformations from strategy through scaled implementation, alongside strategic, growth, and cost‑efficiency programs.

Mylène holds a Master of Engineering degree from École des Ponts ParisTech (Diplôme d’Ingénieur - France) and a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Politecnico di Milano (Laurea Specialistica - Italy).
