IMCO Invests $300-million Alongside Apollo Funds and Other Investors in Pembina Gas Infrastructure Inc.

Investment in one of Canada's largest gas processing platforms supports critical energy infrastructure and long-term value for IMCO's clients

Toronto (July 20, 2026) – Investment Management Corporation of Ontario ("IMCO") today announced it has co-invested $300 million in Pembina Gas Infrastructure Inc. ("PGI"), one of Canada's largest independent gas gathering and processing platforms.

The investment was made alongside other investors through funds managed by Apollo (NYSE: APO).

Apollo funds recently acquired a 40 per cent stake in PGI, with Pembina Pipeline Corporation retaining 60 per cent ownership and continuing as operator.

PGI is a premier gas processing entity in Western Canada with a combined capacity of over five billion cubic feet per day, serving a blue-chip customer base from central Alberta to northeast British Columbia.
